4 wheel disc brakes on a Dana 60 front and FF14B. Biggest aftermarket master cylinder available?
Ready, and GO!

1 and 5/16" works well for me, but I am using the HD 3 5/32" 10 bolt calipers on the 14 bolt.

Vacuum: '99 C3500

I was going to try this one, but there are two disk/drum and disk/disk.

the disk/disk is listed as 40MM, but has the correct port size routing (lines from primary to secondary) as a stock 1978 k5.
Meaning lines and fittings will go as standard no adapters, but the bore size is 1-1/2".

The disk/drum is 1.250 bore size, with the fittings reversed so it would take some line re-routing to get to go in.

I'm running vacuum- do you know which master cylinder you went with?

Cardone Part Number 102754

This is what I used, I got the part number from post #125 in the part number thread in the tech forum. It's worked great for me, no problem feeding 4 D60 calipers.

Oh, and yes, I had to reverse the fittings. It's easy enough to swap the lines, but even easier to use adapters. Edelmann makes them, their part #'s 258306 and 258307, and I've read that Weatherhead part numbers 7912 and 7913 are similar, only in brass.

The adapters have 1/2" and 9/16" male threads to screw into the master, and then 9/16" and 1/2" female threads respectively for the lines, see below. Easy, cheap, simple.

I need to get that master cylinder as well. the stock setup isnt strong enough for my liking and when bled i have too much pedal travel. Me thinks its because the amount of fluid needed for the calipers to work? So this master cylinder would push more fluid and cure that yeah?

Note that hydroboost and vacuum masters aren't interchangeable. The rod pushes farther on one than the other, so you'll either be disappointed with the results, or blow the master cylinder in short order. BTDT got the t-shirt.

If you don't have hydroboost yet, IMO it's the way to go. Others say no, but I've converted two vacuum trucks to hydro and love it.
