brake prob. on the \'87....

well my brakes were fair, not good, but fair, up til about a week or two ago, now they squeek and all kinds of stuff, mainly up front, so i but her on stands and all the such, and while waiting for the front to cool down, i checked out the back.. and uh oh.. they dont even move when i press the brake. obviously i did something wrong when i replaced the cylinders and pads and such a couple months ago, the tread from when i turned the drum was still there and rust is forming on the right one. i bled the one with rust on it, bleeds good, the other one was almost endless air, then i got to some fluid, and intermittent air. both sides were previously bled when i installed the cylinders/pads/turn drums. so basically, what the hell is goin on? and if i were to take it into rapid brake and muffler, could there be a chance they could tell whats goin on by looking at it, because if then have to start taking things apart they said they'd charge like $35 for it. well im gonna go check the front, and hope its not as bad, thanks for the help, sorry its kinda long...
