everytime I brake my truck starts turning to the left. Why is that? I had the rotors resurfaced and my pads are still good. I noticed it a bit after my 2.5" lift.

Sounds like a brake issue but make sure you don't have one of the front hubs locked.

i'd say bleed your brakes its cheap and fairly easy. Nothing bad can come from it and it could very well solve your problem.

does the steering wheel pull or does the truck as a whole try to go left in direction in a weird sort of way,,,

reason i ask, is my '94 pick up has a rear wheel cylinder issue or a loosly adjusted drum brake, when I hit the brakes on that, the whole truck wanders to the left alittle, but doesn't actually pull the wheel.

I haven't dug into it yet to figure out the exact reason, trying to get a transmission for it now  :p:

check to see if you have a broken front left spring center pin. If you did, the axle would want to slide backwards when you applied brakes causing the entire axle to steer left under the truck.

I guess I will just bleed the front brakes and replace the brake hoses and hope for the best. I checked everything shackles, bushings, shocks, front leaf springs and it all seems fine. If that doesn't work I might consider replacing the steering damper. Any other suggestions?

If you have eliminated suspension components as you said, it sounds to me like a problem with the front right brake. Prime candidates in order or probability...

1. Air in brake line to right caliper (bleed system)
2. internally collapsed brake line to right caliper. (replace line and bleed system)
3. Bad caliper that has a stuck piston. (replace caliper, bleed system)

Steering stabilizer will not cause this problem, waste of $ to replace.
