...while trying to use a wheel puller to remove the spindle.

Anyway i have a junk 10bolt thats full time 4wd will it have the necessary spindle nuts i need to make it work with mine or do i need to get ones off of a manual lockout axle like mine

the only thing i found similar was the warn convo kit had them in it but it was 50 bucks

Im doing the 4" lift and we decided to do ujoints, rotors, pads, and were also doing driverside balljoints

Assuming both axles are 10 bolt or D44's the nuts should interchange. A D60 uses larger nuts.

do your self big favor . go get a dead blow hammer 4-5 lbs range. these work great for spindle removal and dont hurt them. just hit the spindle after the threads and go top / bottom then left / right. pops them loose quickly.

I used a 4" x 4" piece of wood and all my muscles to remove the spindles..the neighbours thought i was trying to demolish our house :wink1:

would it be dangerous putting antiseize/grease between then spindle & knuckle so that they wont rust together?

nope i do it all the time. just take file and get the small rust and crap out . then lube it up and bolt it on. good to go. this helped me years ago as my dads old plow truck would pop ujoints. i had it to the point of 30 min to change shaft out. and the lube on spindle helped big time.
