I have a broken overflow nipple on the radiator from a 1990 K5 Blazer.

Is there an easy way to repair this without having to buy a new radiator?

Thanks,

solder a piece of brake line on there. never tried it before dont know if you can solder it

get a small hose brass barb from home depot and thread that joka in there if you can and then solder/braze around it.

Take it to your local radiator shop. I just had a heater return line added to my radiator and the whole thing tested/cleaned up for ~60 bucks. They cut a hole in the tank and braized on a nipple. Looks factory.
