I had one of those bench seats redone for work and it was like $1200+, most places were more like $800 but this was a place my boss knew that turned out to be the wrong choice.

Me neither, company money with limited options. Can't go out and buy used stuff.
I am in the same boat trying to figure out what to do to my sun damage front bench.
I've ordered some parts for Bubba but have not done anything with it really. We've used it around the property hauling railroad ties and what not. It has a short that kills the battery if not started every couple days so I just disconnect the battery when I park it. Finally got around to registering it.
