Looks great, I herculined the tub of mine also!! You know,.......I picked up those LED lights for around $30.00 for the pair if I remember correctly. Not that much more money for his Pops to spend. HA HA HA

2 questions

1 what happened to the diamond plate doors?

2 whats wrong with the tires that are on it? you mentioned you needed to find tires for it but those look fine for now.

Looking good for being another red jeep but I guess you gotta please the owner with the color.

I do love your builds :waytogo:

Even if its for some teenager that doesn't have to pay for it...

he is a good kid, a really really good kid, in church 3 days a week, shelter 2 aftenoons, tutors kids, boy scouts, fundraisers with his paintball team, marching band, drama and some other crap. He is a busy kid! He will be buying his own tires, radio and anything else, along with working at the shop doing misc clean up and earning it once is is driving. I would not waste my time or weekends if it was not worth it.

more pics, this last saturday went down and welded in the motor mounts, aligned the drivetrain, front fenders, cage is in and looking pretty. Lot of little things, and found some bumpers, im going to change up the front a bit as well as the seat mounts need a change being he is taller than I thought:doah:

and found a cheap parts rig being him and his dad have the same drivetrains, like the tow rig lol, pulls really nice to my surprise, I do wish I had a video of us unloading it:eek1:

for unloading, did you drive really fast in reverse and slam on the brakes? :haha:

I prefer the "unstrap it and then tie it to a tree" method.
