Build / suspension questions ?

You have a Dana 60 correct?

You need the arms, studs to go with the arms. Stuff to build a drag link and tie rod. 2wd steering box correct pitman arm. I think that's all.

My I recommend just doing crossover steering. Leaving the tie rod in it's stock location. Things get less tight and it's easier to add hydro assist. I build tie rods out of 1.5" .250 wall Dom. Sleaved with 1.75" ..120 wall DOM they last. Even after continuous rock humping
Well i already bought the HS CO kit from Diy4x I know I’m not married to it but I think I’m gonna run it . So I’m pretty sure I have everything I need . In your opinion if I went with Reid knuckles as far as strength while running HS CO be in comparison to running stock knuckles with just CO ? Same better worse ?

The Reid knuckles are way better than stock and would be stronger running full high steer than the stock knuckle with the stock steering.

My main dislike of high steer is the room. I have high steer and hydro assist and it's tight. On every other truck I have the plan is just crossover but no high steer.

But I'm only 4" of lift.

I’m also gonna run hydro assist I’m at four also but I may be going 6 “ . You don’t need a steering stabilizer anymore right ? The cylinder is the stabilizer correct ?

You don't need a steering stabilizer at all. I've never had one. But specifically with hydro assist it would be pointless to run one.

So new question springs are on they way but here’s my issue the front shocks aren’t gonna be an issue but the rears are they are 14” shocks . 4” lift but as I’m sure some of you know clearance in the rear from frame to body is zero . What are some mounting suggestions? What angle should I mount the rear straight up and down etc .. ?
