Building Blazer still

Your gonna run high steer?
Nevermind. You have to with those knuckles.

The new Crane Extreme Duty D60 King Pin Knuckles Hi Steer arms & caps came in today and they have the Bronze Bushings in them already. They put them in the kit instead of the Teflon I guess. So I just need to order the new Spindle Bushings now.:waytogo:

Looks like the front end should be as tough as they come! How do you adjust the preload on the upper kingpin, or do they still use springs in them?
Looking forward to Blazer Bash also. Watched your vids on Holy Cross the other day, looked like fun. I will be moving down to CO this fall sometime, we'll have to hit some trails sometime.

Those axles look awesome. How much do they set ya back?

They are exspensive is all I can say! The 300M's are 3K, they have lifetime warranty & are 60% stronger than normal Chromoly shafts. Basically I should not have to worry about my front end breaking anymore! If it does I was doing sometihing right or wrong I guess!

Those use shims to set the preload on your kingpin vs the bolt/jam nut like other arms. Maybe a touch longer getting adjusted but same principle.

Hand me down parts are always great for Xmas lol. Sweet parts big guy
I have parts saved for you already!:waytogo: I need to get motivated again and get to building! All my parts are here except the Axels.
Only a month to Blazer Bash 2012!:eek1:

The electric Vacuum Pump worked! I now have good brakes at Low RPM’s!:waytogo: Thanks everyone!
I got the lights all wired up and almost have the stereo installed! As soon as the axels get here the front end will get torn apart. Almost ready for BB!:D

Getting the front body work done. A Picture of the speakers we put in it, it is loud! Lol:whistle: 16 days to BLazer Bash:woot:
