Building Blazer still

View attachment 230758 I have been building this Blazer more than I have been playing with it!
The lastest was talking with Stephen at ORD and putting on ORD's front Coilover kit with a couple of Mods. I was able to keep all the previous steering componets I have bought from ORD and it works great. I installed ORD's Tube doors & bought some TR Beadlocks from them also then did a Moab trip to see how it all worked.
I am going to Blazer Bash with you guy's in 2012, going to get reserve a room next month!

I do not have any action shots yet but I am very please how the front end worked for me! I had a problem with the front driveline rubbing the BBC headers and I need to trim the fenders a bit more. My huge front bumper is going by by now also! I am going to put on some of Ballistic Fab's Aluminum lower links also. I seen them in action and they did not bend. When I get more pic's I will post them.

I am addicted now! This is what I did to the rear end of the Blazer 1 day after I got back from Moab. Yep, 4 link the rear now! I also cut out the front more and will tube around the fenders when all is done. I am going to extend the wheel base from 106 1/2" to 115" or 116". The Blazer is going on a diet also and I will distribute the wt around better as in move the batteries to the back and such as recomended by Stephen from ORD.
I put a pic of a sticker I put on my buddy's Landcruiser, Ha he was driving around with it for a day and a half in Moab before he noticed it!

Look forward to seeing you at the Bash next year!

Blazer looks sweet. Will have to ck out at BB 12. Might ck out the links from Heretic fab before buying aluminum ones. Very comparable in price, stronger though.

Thanks guy's! I have not bought any parts for the rear 4 Link yet, still trying to find the best prices out there for Shocks & brackets. The front was easy with ORD figuring out most of the parts that you need into one kit! I will look at Heretic fab's website now, thanks. Any ideas for best price shocks & parts would be great! I am going to Sema in Vegas this year and I want to buy my parts before I go or I will probabally end up spending a $h1t pot of money if you know what I mean! Way to much cool stuff at Sema!

What kind of wheeling you got around Laramie? I get to Cheyenne a few times a year and have thought about bringing the rig. Veadavue area would be fun.......... :)

Go up to the Mountains (Snowy Range) summer and snow bashing in the winter. Have not been out to Vedavoo yet. I have mostly 4X4 in the Mud and Mountain stuff and just got into the rock thing, it is fun!
