building the top end

Hello,
Well I am going to rebuild the whole top end on my 350 (photo below). The heads are stock with a little bigger then stock cam. With the truck breathing right you can hear a bit of a cam sound. But I want a little more cam sound. Plus I need to beat my best friends that is building a 302. Hear is what I am looking at

I did not want a HOLLEY part on this engine but Edelbrock does not make a Dual feed 750CFM CARB

How much HP would I be creating and would this be a good set up for a truck that will not see rocks or much low RPM driving?

One more thing with that set up would I loose or gain HP if I went with a Dual carb tunnel ram intake manifold? How big would the carbs have to be? 375CFM each?

a tunnel ram of any sort would be a horrible mismatch with a mild 350 like that
