- TH400 (for NP203 built by Level Ten with PTS full manual valve body, Chrysler filter modification, and Level 10 PTS 1600 stall convertor...good for 900HP.
- ORD Gen II Aluminum Doubler 2" clock up with a TH400 GM NP203/TH400 GM NP205, High Angle Driveline rear CV flange, and modified front flange for 1350 cv driveshaft.
- ORD Doubler transfer case shifters.
- Custom crossmember with bushings, built by me.
- Extended torque rod.

$2500...let's talk.

Willing to seperate if I have buyers or traders for the tranny and the Doubler setup.

Looking for a set of steering rockwells, d60 & 14b combo(s), YJ or TJ project, or anything cool. The whole setup has one trail ride on it.

I will trade you my 700/241 for the 205 with doubler plate ( already have 400/203)

bummer, I have a Raptor 700 I'd like to trade for a built 400 + some coin/parts....

I would want $1000 for it, I have $1800 into it and it has been on one small trail ride. The package would be the tranny, convertor, dust shield, and filler tube/dip stick. You would have to pull the tranny apart and replace the output shaft in order to mate it to a 205. And I would be willing to ship on your dime.

If someone is interested in the whole package, I will go as low as $2000, I need to move these items.

The above is a little confussing, but I think I have it figured out.
Is what you're selling consist of:

203 to T400 adaptor
203 range box
ORD Gen II Doubler
205 transfer case
HAD rear CV flange, and modified front flange for 1350 cv driveshaft
ORD Doubler transfer case shifters.
Custom crossmember with bushings, built by you.
Extended torque rod.

-Is all I need is K series T400 to complete this?
-Any particular output shaft / spline count I need with the T 400?
-Is the 203 rebuilt? By who? What was done?
-Is the 205 rebuilt? By who? What was done?
-Which ORD shifter do you have, twin or triple stick?
-Which HAD rear CV flange on the double?
-Is your front flange the stock flange that came on the 205 (or is that a 1310?) and how is it modified?
-I can't quite tell from the pictures, does your crossmember support both the -Doubler and the 203 / 400 adaptor?
-Is the extended torque rod the one that extends from the 205 to the transmission where it bolts to the block?
-I don't see a front driveshaft in the picture, any clearance issues with it?
-What did you have this installed in? I'm wondering what other year / model GM that cross member might work on.
-How much do you think it all weighs and who do you ship with ... are you close to a Forward Air Depot? What's your zip?

Sorry for all the questions.

-Is all I need is K series T400 to complete this? You will need a TH400 that was bolted to an NP203.
-Any particular output shaft / spline count I need with the T 400? Short 32 spline.
-Is the 203 rebuilt? By who? What was done?
-Is the 205 rebuilt? By who? What was done?
Both cases had very low mileage, they were pulled from military vehicles, I inspected the cases and only replaced the output shaft seals on the NP205.
-Which ORD shifter do you have, twin or triple stick? Twin Stick.
-Which HAD rear CV flange on the double? 1350 CV
-Is your front flange the stock flange that came on the 205 (or is that a 1310?) and how is it modified? Modified by HAD to work with a 1350 cv.
-I can't quite tell from the pictures, does your crossmember support both the -Doubler and the 203 / 400 adaptor? Yes it does.
-Is the extended torque rod the one that extends from the 205 to the transmission where it bolts to the block? Yes.
-I don't see a front driveshaft in the picture, any clearance issues with it? Not at all, you'll break a CV before you even come close to the crossmember.
-What did you have this installed in? I'm wondering what other year / model GM that cross member might work on. 1987 Jimmy, so you're good from 78-91 in a K5.
-How much do you think it all weighs and who do you ship with ... are you close to a Forward Air Depot? What's your zip? I quoted someone a few months ago for the entire package (trans & casess), crated it was 500lbs and would of cost around $250 to Oklahoma City via FA. Without the trans you lose about 150lbs.

City & Zip is under my username.

Sorry for all the questions.

$1300 for the Doubler and all the extra's. Yes, it's a 32 spline short shaft.

I think I'll need to pass. I was thinking the transfer cases were rebuilt. I've got the 205 and 203 already, it doesn't make sense for me to pick up 2 more if they aren't rebuilt. Plus, I think I'd like to go with the triple stick.

Thanks for the info.
