Yes, I am sure I can add a lever that leverages off the bottom beam to actuate the pins. I even was thinking of putting a handle on it so it can be accessed from the back. But I like how clean and simple this is. A lever would have to be hinged off that rod in order to work properly and the sound of that rattling would drive me nuts. Could a lever be mounted to actuate the locks ?
Wondering if a rod parallel to the handle and a little above, with an arm to actuate handle and a rotating lever mounted on the side would allow use from both front and back while not having to reach past anything stored under the seat.
