I know it's not GM but thought you guys might like it. It's a front bumper I just finished for a guy on the Toyota boards. I was working on this one for my truck and was going to build another for another guy. So since I totaled my truck, this guy got the 'prototype' so to speak. Installed a XRC8, and some Hella driving lights. Bumper is 3/16" plate. We installed the OME suspension off of my truck. I also built sliders that are 1.5x1.5x.188 square tube.

Sorry didn't get many pics during building it.

Man beast has gotta see this one. I bet he would love one for his!!

Nice work on the bumper man. Looks similar to the one I built for my old 1st gen toyota.

Thanks guys. It took way too long to get finished, but I'm happy with the result as is he, which is the important part.

Very nice. Makes me long for a plasma cutter...

One of the best things I ever bought. I can't imagine using a cut off wheel to do all of this.

So how much would you charge to build one for a K5? Shipping wouldnt be an issue I'd just come get it.

that definitely looks real nice.me likey.at first it looked a lil bulky like the arb,but on that truck it is perfect size.

I want for my k5 with a match rear bumper too:D very nice!

Looks killer. I would want the bottom to have good flat spots for a highlift jack though, but you can't really make it as attractive that way.

x2 on looking better than a lot of the commercial plate bumpers.

If you guys are serious, I'm planning on building a set for my truck this winter for prototypes and could crank some more out in the spring.

I need one for a 2004 tundra dbl cab!

Totally willing to pay shipping for freight, etc.
Seriously.

The tapered ends match up to the wheel openings quite nicely. :waytogo: It's little things like that which make all the difference on a nice looking newer truck.
