I am off for the rest of this week. Shoot me a PM, I'm on here pretty much everyday...

And Balzer, I think that will be the final look of the back end. I never even thought of hanging the Jerry cans off of the fenders. I didn't think of the putting the high lift there either.

That's why this place rocks. Smart people on here.

Just keep in mind doing like I showed you will need a TOUGH gas tank. Also to support the inside of the doors under each jack mount, and be sure your fenders are strong too support the weight. But that should be fairly easy, some plate on the inside of the doors and some angle-iron supports.
Angle -iron would also stiffen up the fenders. Keep it up and photo whore all you want.

Thanks man, I'll ty and keep the photos down to minimum needed. As is taking photos at crucial steps.

I think I'll need an better welder before I under take the gas tank move, and fender strenghtening. I don't want to lay a weak weld only to find the metal will sheer off.

I would like to relocate the fuel tank, and add an internal roll cage at the same time. If you can't imagine what I am talking about give it a years time, and you'll see what I mean. hahaha.

BUT!! back to the current build:

(isn't that the crazy part about a current build? When your close the end of a "sub" project, you already have great ideas for the next "sub" project??)

I got my .035 welding tips (or whatever, sorry I am plastered) today, and I am ready to start filling in the holes.

Ummmm..... dirtier than I wanted that to sound, but yes.... that's what I am going to do.

So get ready for more pictures.

Alright boyos. This is what I did so far today. It ain't much, but it is more then nothing:

I filled in the passenger side "window opening" (I geuss you could call it), and started to clean paint off the top edge of the "door hoop". I repainted it again with weld through paint.

I'm not going to say what I am I doing to fill that top gap. It is a little controvercial for this site. The materials I will be using are not widely accepted here, hahaha.

I may be go golfing....

my borther is trying to set something up. Then if Jay (fireplug) calls me back I may be helping him with some stuff on his blazer.

I don't know how likely the golfing is, but I should be at my house at either 9am, or shortly after 2pm (my buddy's work 2-12).

If you can post pone the money trip till after 2 that'd be killer. Hell maybe the three of us (you me, and jay) could get hang out.

If that can't happen then just gimme a ring.

Okay I am still not going to explain what I am doing here. I'll let you guys geuss.

And the winner gets a Canadian 50 cent piece. (A real one, not a rapper's gun).
