Well unless the owner of the gun has the Class 3 permit for it and the buyer goes threw the process of getting the Class 3 to own it it is a Federal Firearms Violation & CK5 doesn't want any part of that kind of stuff.

No full auto mode and a 16" barrel means no class 3, the questions are required to clarify that fact. They are very pertinent to the sale. This is the same as someone asking about features on some other mechanical object.

Do you have the Bushmaster model number? Any general info on stock, handguards, sights, extras, etc?

No gun sales in the normal forums please, to be honest I personally don't mind but am kind of caught in the middle because I run g**gle ads that I generate revenue from (they show for non-members) and I could loose that revenue just for having someone running one ad per year, so I have more to loose than gain from allowing it. Kind of sucks but I have bills to pay etc..

Feel free to post them in the "The Bloody Knuckle" forum as the ads do not show in that forum. Thanks for understanding.
