Byron, GA

I live in Atlanta but drive the K5 down to Byron a lot. we do a lot of hunting down there and ive got a few buddies at Robins

Hmmm....I'm gonna be in Byron for 3 weeks starting next weekend. Then at the end of the year, november/december-ish, I'll be there for, uhhh.....a LOT longer. :smirk::whistle:

Just wondered who's close and who's gonna be wheeling/shootin buddies out that way.... :D

I'd love to meet and hang with the infamous KidJethro. I'm prob 5 hours away but I'd like to see what we can get into. I use to wheel:doah:

No idea where Byron is, but if the other guy from Marietta says its close I'll drive down. If its not too far i'll be in the old pick-up, if its more than a couple hours I'll be in the Mercury. Sold the 4WD, so I can't help with wheeling, but I'd be down for some shooting.

Byron is 112 miles south of Marietta. Right next to Robins Air Force base. After this 3 week visit, I'll be visiting off and on till November-ish. After that, well....I'll be visiting California every now and then. :sly::eek:

it takes my roughly 2 hours with Atlanta traffic added in to get from downtown Marietta to the pilot truck stop in Byron but that's in the s10. in the k5.... ugh 55 the whole way, ill be lucky to make it in 2 days... but ill bring it down for sure. ive been meaning to anyhow. a few of the girls I know that live near Byron would like to take a ride in my infamous K5 lol

that's why Kids coming to good ol Jawga.... well hot damn boys we are gonna have to give him a few weeks before we can invade with the heavy chevys

Same deal with the C-10, no A/C either. I'll be there, but probably in the car. I worked at the airport in Macon for a year but didn't hang out there very much.

im coming down for the weekend whatever weekend we choose I need to get the k5 out of Atlanta for a bit before she starts thinking shes a BMW suv. I say we kinda morph it into a big CK5 get together and see if we can get a lot of guys to come, whenever Kid is back in November. I know of a few members floating around the Georgia area and Byron is pretty central to everyone. 2 hours in each direction

That's exactly what I was thinking. My dually should have an 8.1 or Duramax by then, and I should have some sort of buggy shortly there after. Tow rig and rock bouncer. I dunno which of the off-road parks would be best, but a weekend at one of those places would be titties and bacon if we could get a bunch of CK5 guys to show up. I should have a pretty sick SCAR 17s with ACOG as well. :eek1::bow: With some tannerite too?? Awwwwwwww sh!t suuunnnnn!!!!! :woot:

Oh yeah, this is the best part about Cozy, shes allll that in those pictures above, but she's also an "Air Craft Sheet Metal Mechanic and Fabricator" at Robins AFB. Makes more money per hour than any job I've EVER had. :O

Match made in heaven? :eek1::bow:

~edit~ and please be nice boys, she's reading this too. ;)
