Calling All 4" Lifted Blazers

stock rear 52s up front (aka 4")... chevy 56s in the rear with a 4" shackle flip. No blocks. 44" TSLs. How does it ride? I dunno, its still in pieces! lol!

would a 35/12.50/15 have cleared for everyday drivin?... i noticed you had 14.50's

It really depends on the tires. My 35" boggers are a full 2"'s taller than my buddies no name brand 35's. My boggers rubbed the fenders before any trimming while just pulling into your average driveway at an angle.

My last k-10 had 4" and 35x12.5 They might have rubbed a little in normal street driving but would rub bad when flexing ('73). My '79 now has 6" all spring and I have not flexed it well enough to see if these 35x12.5 will rub not that it matters since when i find axles or gears it will grow up more. If you grease your shackles and such you get more flex but with the 6" in street driving there is no way they will rub. although these dunlops seem to be smaller than the chapperal ap on the last truck.

I guess I havent payed attention untill I decided to lift my truck... But I can just put stock rear springs in the front to get a 4" lift? Any thing else I need to do?

Better yet anyone know of a good thread to point me to? :crazy:Theres a ton of them , to many to wade through .

you could read the 52" spring swap tech article I wrote for the tech section of this website...

there is also a definitive tell-all thread about this spring swap... somewhere. Lots of links to useful threads and stuff. Someone will post it.
