Calling all people running 33's

 OMG!!! that is definately sweet

Thanks! It really doesn't see much real 'wheelin' like the rest of you guys, but it does daily commuting duty into Mexico, and hauls the car trailer to the track. Works perfect for the job..

Next it needs a 'demolition derby' approved bumper setup!

(oh, and it's never that clean.. that was taken imediately after the lift/wheels were put on)

Here's mine on a 2 1/2" susp. lift. I have a set of 33 BFG M/T's I wheel with now that are 33's also. I plan on going with 35's next year sometime. So far I haven't really had too big of a clearance problem with them when I've gone wheeling, but I make sure I look at obstacles before I try them.

Here is mine. This pic is from my phone, so its not the best quality. But I am running 33's Swampers, 6" lift (new rear skyjacker springs/perches), and a custom front driveshaft. I would love to go bigger, especially with the lift, but I dont have the space or funds to get into gears right now.

awsome pictures. Please keep them coming... they're making me excited about the 33's I'm going to get :D

Here is mine on 33x12.50's, no lift:

Here it is with the same tires after the 4" lift (rc front springs/echobit flip):

I've ditched the 33's for 35's as my old 33's sucked on all terrains except pavement and were dryrotted quite a bit. 35's fill out the wheelwells much better. Could use an upgrade in gearing though......

I'd like to step up to 35" tires but my rig would not fit into the garage :(

33x12.50s, 2 inches of front lift, 3 in the rear. Had to trim just a bit to fit 'em at full stuff, but I wish I'd gone with 35's. Skip the 33's and get 35s. You'll only need a week or less to regret 33s.

Dug some up for you

Oh ya 33's feel reel small on a K5, my 40's look small now too

Jesse

OH and I had 33's with 2.73 freeway fliers on my silver K5 before I went one ton 4.56 and 40". The 2.73 gears were horrible, no power, no throttle response, It hated hills, living in a basin at the time too.
Hey,that looks like Twin peaks in Lake Tahoe,by Sawmill pond!Been there,we used to wheel up there and watch the fireworks on 4th of July.

Me next to ktdesco. IIRC he has 37's. My truck has 33's and looks like a kiddycar next to his blazer. In fact I remember the picture with B_to_C on 35's, mrk5 on 37's, and ktdesco on 37's, talk about penis envy. :rotfl:

I'll be getting a minimum of 35's as soon as I can. 33's are perfect for keeping it close to stock but when you get that fire in your belly for more fun they just don't measure up. Literally.

My .03 :D
