So i am continuing my journey trying to figure out what i have and how to get some more "go" out of it.
Its a 1991 burb with a TBI 350 and 700R4 with 3/4 ton axles 4:10 gears. anyway it has some mods....Thorley headers that merge to a single 3" exhaust, with no Cat, and a stock-ish muffler. Also there was a Crane camshaft installed by PO, and im wondering if its a good cam for towing...my main purpose for the burb. I have a spec sheet which shows:
intake @ cam 282 @valve 423
exhaust @ cam 297 @valve 446 rocker arm ratiio 1.5
part number 114122 grind num powermax 2030 formerly compucam 2030
then there's cam timing adv duration intake 264 exhaust 274
hopefully these numbers make sense and can give someone an idea what i have.
I think my intake manifold is stock....
any way....is this a good cam (if its in good shape i suppose) for towing?
