haha well I guess that works too...

I asked my boss about it and he said just pull it up in the shop and we'll tack it in place but I got sidetracked this afternoon and ran out of time. But I'll do it eventually...

You could try peening it in place with a center punch. The metal is so thin that you'll likely burn right through it with a weld.

i definitely read that as "trying pee-ing on it" which makes it alot more entertaining to read...

yeah until it traps a bunch of water and gunk in there and works its way into the bearing...
