Can someone please explain this set up to me?

what is there to explain. the guy is an idiot. what I see is a traction bar setup with shocks attached too it. aftermarket overload springs and 6 shocks on the axle. It rides great.

x2.. has a body lift too, with lip rubber thing to cover the openings..
I like the traction bar.....take the rest of it to scrap.

hello this is prophesier BS in the house if you keep adding shocks to a old 10 bolt you can add strength to it corp 10bolt + 10 shocks this is now a corp 20 and with the added overload spring pack you can do thinks like
