Can we talk about some Cummins vs 6.0 questions?

Sall good. The suggestion is fine. When it becomes a hopeless argument it becomes silly. We have all seen the threads like "how to get more mpg from my 454" turn into an argument between two or more people about why the only sensible option is a Cummins, and everyone else in the thread is like,
no...never...really?

I think a 4500 wouldn't be hard to deal with behind a 6.0. The 3-4 gap would be much better with 2500 more rpm to play with. I'd much rather have an automatic in this application though.

Towing with a heavy rig with a gas motor and a standard isn't much fun. I'd rather let the auto do the work.

If it was me and it was manual Id much rather have a nv5600 because you get a better split.. 6.0 is a good motor but doesn't make tq like an 8.1, an just thinking about it a zf6 might be a good candidate.
