Cant remember where this came from...

Rebuilding my steering column and cant figure out where this came from...its plastic and its not the lower bearing. Its a little bigger than that, has a lip on the inside...

Has some grease left on it...could it be part of the upper bearing?

no i said its not the lower bearing. That is already there, and i still have this sitting on my desk, i know it came off of the column and i didnt buy a new one.
