1/2 ton status
I have an 86 K-5 with a 350 with a computer controlled q-jet. It is a CA truck so it has all the emissions equipment. I am trying to find another carb like mine to get rebuilt. Mine has a casting number of 17085524. I need to know if there are any other carbs that are compatible with that number. Two places came up with a carb with 17083526. Does anyone know if that carb will work or have any other suggestions?
