I sold a set like that last year. They were actually made in Washington state but not the Carr brand.
Currently, I still have a couple sets of the hoop style on the shelf. One pair fits a large flat rate decently or you could grab them the next time you head over the pass. $50/pair.
This is an older photo so I'll need to get my hands on them and confirm my memory of what I kept matches what is on the shelf.

Thanks Kenny but I'm looking for those exact steps if I can find them. I also have a set or 2 of the hoop style ones, but prefer the old school "L" shaped ones.

Getting a group order together with 10-20 people may help but it will still add cost. Ship to one person in the USA and split out and distribute from there.
Carr still makes those now. I can get them through the shop I work at. Polished or powder coated black.These are different.
