I just stumbled across these on youtube. I recall recently seeing a shim kit that goes under/behind the spindle on here. This is simpler, imho.

For corp 10 bolts & D44's


caster camber bushings

so how does the upper ball joint get pre loaded then with this setup ?

and the castle nut with ball joint most of the time wont let you get down to the depth with that bushing to put the cotter pin in place.

and try and get the caster/camber set to spec with the 1 fitz all bushing . . .

and they do have offset bushings that thread in like stock .

from a guy who has done lots of alignments if the solid axle design is out of spec there is most likely something bent/worn/both .

I thought this was the case. After watching youtube vids of Suburbans off road I can see why.
