Food for thought:

My 1991 K5 has TBI, so this may not apply to you. However, it also had headers and stock tires (235/70/15). I baby it off the line with less than 1/4 of the gas pedal, and I get 20mpg IN TOWN.

When I am on the freeway, I don't go over 60. I have yet to figure out my highway MPG but I am sure it's at least 20 if not better.

So, perhaps all you need to do is buy some headers, some smaller tires, or maybe just give it less gas off the line.

But sell it? That's just crazy talk!

My K5 is a hobby for me, I got it to tinker with and go 4 wheeling. I never bought it for gas mileage. I drive it to work and it sits outside in the weather. It is a truck.
I would rather drive it than a car anyday. If you are trying to trade for the Honda IMHO it is a bad deal for you.
