I picked this Burb up for 900 bucks. After these pics I pulled off the seat covers to reveal like new seats. The burb is a 82' 3/4 ton towing special. It used to have the 6.2 diesel but now has a decent 350 w/ edelbrock carb intake, and headers. It also used to have a locker in the rear according to the glove box, but I need to pull the covers to check the gearing anyways.

I plan on a 4" lift 35's, some bumpers ( rear spare tire carrier), sliders with steps, Roof rack, some paint, fender trimming, etc..................

WHAT COLOR SHOULD I PAINT IT????????????

I'm going to rattle can of course, seriously considering camo. Anyone have any pics or techniques? Maybe flat black and some flames.

DOes anyone know which circuit the reverse lights are on. I played around with a test light and their is no power to the reverse lights. All fuses are have power. Wheres the switch that activates the reverse, in the column?

Does anyone have a 4" steering arm for a D44?

It's a great feeling having a second truck :D :burb:

Thanks everyone
Jesse

Aw...............................................I wish I never sold my burb. I had an 89 3/4 ton 350 400 241 not sure what rear end though.

Good find. Looks like it is in good shape.

NIce deal. Iam not to sure with reverse light but I can look around for you. You gonna build a bumper for that :D ?
Welcome to sub-culture :thumb: :burb:

oh, and get a real air cleaner for it, I've heard some bad stuff about those edlebrock/foam kind. They can get gasoline soaked and if your engine back fires it can make a huge mess. just a fyi :D

not to mention that foam brakes down and can get sucked in, that is only like a per filer for very high cfm, moters, it wont stop anything (besides a bird from getting in there
