Just got the run around from all sorts of folks so I figured I'd pass this on and hopefully save someone some headaches.
Chelsea PTO 308712 output shaft seal numbers are:
Chicago Rawhide (CR) 9862
National 471224v
Napa line 62262
Chelsea Part number 28P 227
Just had to replace said seal on our 1980 1ton Wrecker that PTO is mated to a SM465. BTW there are different numbers but they all reference back to one or two different napa numbers just variation in the lip I was told
