Chevy to compete with Raptor, TRX?

I would love to see this truck offered by Chevrolet. But, as many have said already I don't see it happening. As much as we all love the old chevy trucks, I haven't been impressed with any of their trucks/SUVs in decades, with a few exceptions. I really don't understand what they are doing. They see the popularity of all the high performance/retro stuff the other american brands are making (I.E. Bronco/Raptor/TRX), but they don't care. We get the same putrid "vanilla" offerings they have been selling for decades. And I'm sure I don't need to mention the new minivan/blazer abortion we got.

Here in the desert southwest, Raptors are owning it. They've become more common in my area than regular F-150 trucks, and I've only seen two Ram TRX.

I've a good friend who owns one - his opinion is that it's the perfect family ride. Comfortable, fast AF, rides great off in the dirt also. I gotta say it's hard to argue with him...
