this made my day on my lunch break earlier this week:

Found a couple more fairly rust free beauties in the yard today. This 1980 C10 Custom Deluxe 6 banger took a hard hit on the nose.







Rockers looked pretty decent for being 42 years old. The wheel well panels were just starting to rust through.


This round eyed Custom Deluxe K10 was somewhat picked over under the hood. Carb, intake, and valve covers were gone, but the generic chrome air cleaner and long block remained intact.




The moss always intrigues me.

Mine too.
It also grew all over one side of my suburban when it sat for years.
It was the north side

Hey @Truckman4life apparently this truck got a new owner. It had '23 tabs on it.
I still can't remember if it was a K2500 that got swapped..

And the old racer, parts guy who works at NAPA drove this Camaro today. He has a first gen one and a '66 or so Vette. I think that he's in his mid sixties.

Got the crew doing work…it’s great pulling a 28’ boat uphills in 110 degree weather with an old school 12 valve oil burner. Believe or not the wife even enjoys riding in it out to the river 4 plus hours each way.
