Horrible picture but man, had to share anyway.. fat tires on the back, nitrous, super charger up front it looked like, no hood. Dude could move.

I'm guessing it was just a rolling change where some factories still had inventory to use up and others didn't.
I think gm sold all the leftovers to private fleets and chassis upfitters.
GM quit building TH350C's several years before an '87 was built.
