Was it 87 that was the last year that the door decal was towards the front ?
I did not get out to check if it was a 5-spd LB9 or even one of those dual cat optioned ones - it was damn hot at mid-day and that cold A/C in the truck was mak’n me real damn lazy…

Yeah, '85-'87 is on the front of the door.

In '88, they put an IROC-Z badge on the rocker panel instead of Z28, so the IROC-Z decal got moved to the back of the door.
