Chevy's in the wild

It was a pretty good size show that a local auto paint store hosts. I’ve been many times but for the first time this year they opened a warehouse that had 30+ cars inside that all belong to the owner. Lots of cars under plastic covers w/ battery tenders, an absolutely stunning collection.

An example of what not to do at a car show. This looked like a nice Camaro but the folks surrounded it in chairs so you couldn’t easily see under the hood or inside without standing over them. They were either too stupid to figure out what they were doing or they felt the car was so sacred they needed to create a barricade (so why bring it??).

Agreed on the fools camped out IN FRONT of their cars - I overheard one couple say that people were looking at the other cars more than theirs….all the while barricading access to see what they brought.

And John you are damn certainly right about that private collection in the warehouse - those cars were beyond description of perfect!
That 67 Camaro SS396 was speak’n to me directly and talk’n all kinds of nasty words wanting to come home with me - or was that just in my head….

That was the finest private collection that I have ever seen in person - make plans now to go back next year !

I thought it was so cool to see a motor with Big-Chief heads on it being driven on the street - that’s when ya got cash to spare, this guy had money he hadn’t even spent yet….

This things size wasn’t measured in cubic inches but more like cubic feet !
