That green K20 looks like a real leg burner - had to take a double look that.

Rear wheel missing lugnuts and may have locking hub components on rear but no locking lever.

It is a former pulling truck, he is putting back on the street, the exhaust is just outside of the frame (not a leg burner).
He needs to finish the conversion back to the street. It still doesn’t have an alternator, has hydraulic steering, and a 2 gallon fuel cell.

Those are shields, required from when it was a puller previously.
Toolbox? Talking about the S10? That is actually the engine cover, it has the engine/transmission/ transfer case in the back (backwards) and the rear axle flipped. It is an ice racer (we race cars on the lake in winter). He did the engine relocation for weight balance.
That clean turbo GMT400 is giving Parrish vibes from 1320video back in the day.
