Chevy's in the wild

Yeah, the top is chopped.

Almost like the rear of the cab is chopped lower than the front was? Proportionally speaking.

Don't judge a book by its cover, of course if its just a claim without documentation its just a poser.

I think you’re right about the chop….looks like it could be, although subtle.

I don't believe that it's been chopped. IMO. The side visor and the small, low mounted mirror play with perception.
Look at size and shape of the wing window.
This is one of the 3 of that vintage at my house for comparison. The angle of the view messes with things, too.

The vent window was the main thing that made me think it was not chopped but it could be just the rear of the cab modified and the roof line tapered towards the rear - or like said it could be just the angle of the pic. It was a nice truck though.

It must have been Camaro Day today !

The black ‘68 was absolutely FINE - I tried to chase it down to get a better pic but the ole Toyota just didn’t have it in her to keep up.

There’s a big car show coming up so folks are driving their toys today.

Looks to me like these two truck owners need to come to an agreement and put that sweet C-10 body on that less than stellar older K-20 chassis and have a really nice ride with four wheel drive just as the good Lord intended all trucks to be.

While I understand your POV, I always have fun driving my C10 around. More pep and smoother ride!
Even kept a sheriff from passing me one night when he didn't turn his lights on until he couldn't get around me in a double yellow zone!
:doah: :haha:

It’s good to see some of these beautiful cars still being driven on the street instead of just resigned to trailer queen duty.
Both the K/5 and the K/20 were ‘74 models with somewhat matching paint setups.
The guy driving the C2 Vette was not happy that he could not enter his car in the show - this event was an invitational only kinda deal.
