i have a 1977 frame

this is the drivers side where i notched the motor mount the hit it with some paint

and last but not least i am going to have to notch it for the temp sender on the driver side and the fan sensor on the passanger

will post more tomorrow, there is a cold front and it was cold as hell and dark no can see....lol

hade to oblong all the holes in both headers and notch the frame and crossmember(passenger side),
i am still at it but going to call it a day and finnish tomorrow......

I fit my bbc ss ebay /China headers on my 8.1L today and its the first time ive never had to massage the tubes aroumd the frame! Once i removed all the manifold studa of course

Ya thinking about it myself., summit has ram horns that are ceramic coated but I don't know if I want to switch

Plus if you get summits or headman or hookers they fit they did r& d to make it fit doubt Chinese version did much of that

if i recall the stright down ram horns might dump about on the engine mounts .

I do not think ram horns will work on square bodies..as Sweet K30 noted,they dump right where the motor mount crossmember is...

Only question is that pipe to closed to the drive shaft? Guess I'll find out the hard way
