i am having a hard time finding a place that will make a chip for me at a fair price i have a 1989 blazer with a 96 vortec tbi as the heat anyone know anywhere

Depends what you consider fair price, but I and a lot of other people on here have gone through tbichips.com. I'm happy with mine.

There's a good number of guys who get all the stuff to burn their own, too. A little more pricey going in, but you can tweak and modify all you want, and it makes it a lot cheaper if you're going to be making more changes to the engine in the future. Check out the "Injection Section" forum on here- you won't be able to post because you're not a paid member, but there's lots of good reading in there about getting set up to burn your own chips.
