I Bought the OBD 1 and OBD 2 Combo kit From OBD Diagnostics ithas A disk with try out software But when I installed Scantool.net Trial
and I liked it,,>>>but what do I know!

I thought I would Buy theOBD 2- ProXL (Palmer Company)
for a few dollars more,
out of Phoenix,Arizona

I Tried to purchase it Online,,with Visa debit
but got A mesage in my E/mail t send them my info again that their credit Software is malfuntioning Curious,,and being Cautious
I E/mailed them, with the purcahse referance #

After A few E/mails to find out what was going on
and what i could do still being cautious!

They removed the Bank request from my banking account
>>>online pending payment transfers

And then asked me "Where" ??? Did I purcased my
OBD 2 Comunication cables,,they did not see any previous sales of cable conection's to me!! hmnnm!
As they sell them also,,

I explained that the Company I bought them from;

that they had A "third party software page" ,,
that gave their site and Info?as referances as well as others MFG's
>>>>>after that E/ mail nothing back from her......lol

ScanTool.net
They even have a Trouble shooting forumn you can brouse for Info!

is Any body runing their 'software" or can give me a Opion/advice,,

A Very courteous lady,,Terri,,, that I was E /mailing,,
but I have yet to have heard back from her,,since friday???

Am I being,,,, - - - - Phobic or should I just move on?

I can't really comment if you are being Phobic. I've had a few online purchases not go well, but mostly my online purchases are good. The few times I've had trouble with an online purchase, I worked out with my bank.

I've been looking at OBD2 options. I'm leaning toward HPTuners.

I'm interested in VCM Suite, http://www.hptuners.com/products/vcmsuite.php

Mike,
My programming / hardware experience is with OBD I. Until recently, the OBD II programming software / hardware was expensive (for me anyway:mad:). My only OBD II experience has been with my AutoXray Scan Tool. http://www.autoxray.com/product_detail.php?pid=94 which has finally paid for it's self by not having to pay someone else to trouble shoot for me.:D
