You have hold the socket part and turn the back side sleeve.
That one is going to need some penetrating oil, spay, TAP with small hammer, let it sit. (WD-40 is not penetrating oil)
If you want to save it not sure how grab inside socket, if going to trash it use a smaller flat blade screwdriver to wedge in the side slots while try to turn the back
