I have cleaned MAF sensors but have never cleaned or know any way to clean a MAP sensor. They either work or they dont. I would think you would damage it if you tried to clean it.
I guess you could clean the electrical connection and check the Vac lines and ports to make sure they aren't plugged or pinched. Sometimes the Vac ports on the manifold will get carboned up.
