Some of you may remember this from a couple weeks ago on the way home from BB11.

Well it took calling in some favors to get it started, but I present to you Clifford.

1st Gen Cummins swap with the Getrag. 4" lift, 60/14 4.10's, Divorced 205, 120something k on the truck, 102k on the drivetrain.

I haven't seen it in person yet, but rompinstompinmudmonkey has checked it out and picked it up for me. I'll be flying down in a couple weeks for a week of thrashing to get it DD ready and make an 800+ mile trip back home.

This will be kinda slow, but I've got lots of ideas in my head that should last a good while, time and money permitting.

I had the conversation with more than a few people at BB about wanting to build a crew or Burban, but I wasn't expecting it to happen this quick or in this way. All in all, I've only seen ****ty pics of it so far and I'm happy as a pig in ****.

Clifford huh, I told Bailey we were going to paint my crew cab red and so she started calling it Clifford the big red dually.

Of course its still white:whistle::whistle:

looks like a sweet start!! bummer about the Yota looked like a nice rig. was everybody ok?

I'll miss the Tacoma. It served me well and gave it's life for mine in the end. This addition makes it all better though.

Updating the to-do list. It keeps growing.

Oh yeah, the yota was taken care of. I'll just say I got enough back to cover the cost of this build, my week off work, and maybe a little extra....

Thats going to be a hell of a week for you guys. Thats a lot of work. This is going to be a sweet rig when finished. Sweet right now though!!! Good luck.

What caused the rollover? Glad you were alright. Definitely a bump up in awesome going to the cummins crew cab though:waytogo:

Nodded off on the interstate. Rumble strips work, but they're not enough when you're on a curve... :rolleyes:

So the parts pile is building, awaiting my arrival. Aaron must be as excited as I am cause he's getting started without me. New tires and wheels are on. Just some spray painted chrome (used to be) modular and 37x12.50 BFG Military BAJA's and a couple Goodyear MT's for spares. :waytogo:

My wife is a pediatrician and had a similar experience about a month ago. Got off work after being there for 36 hours and dozed off on the way home.

BUT... allstate gave us more than BB for the civic and we ended up with this

So not a bad deal if you ask me. Obviously the most important thing is that everybody was ok. Sweet crew though, I'd love one...especially with a cummins!:thumb:

Thanks. And she (and I) already LOVES it. It's just about broken in so we can start enjoying the turbo from time to time:D
