There a place called the Powerlines, you'll need to find a local federal way from 1975-85 to tell you if its still there,
heard romor they built a school house .
Down near the Auburn Airport, nw of the landing strip, there is a hidden lake, and some good mud holes/trails.
In renton near Oaksdale st. there is a place called Jerimes Plato.
Good luck

cool, thanks for the imput.

Well, I'm in the same predicament. I hear there is an ORV park down in Auburn near the State Park. There was also "The Pits" down by Dash Point, but when I went down there last weekend they'd blocked all the entrances with giant concrete blocks. I'd love to find a few more local spots though to get out and relieve some frustration!

wow, there's people here in the auburn area, i live in auburn.

soon to have a blazer/jimmy

An OVR park in Auburn, now that would be cool, where is it ?
I used to live in S.E. King country between renton and kent near Kentridge high school.
And wheeled down in Auburn by the airport, and near the stuck river, from 1979 to 1996
and I do not ever rember hearing of an ORV park in Auburn, maybe you are thinking of Indain property.

Actually, I'd heard of the ORV park from another post, which I can't seem to find now. How about these places by hte airport and stuck river? They still there, and if so, how do you get to them?

Where did all these damned dirty apes come from!?!

Still there, I sure hope so, the Auburn Airport is near the Hourse racing track. At the northwest corner of the airport
there is a hidden lake/pond find it and you will find the trails.
I have only been to the stuck river once, in like 1997-98 I think it is in like S.E. Auburn out off of "R" street.
I also seem to remeber a chain link fence, and dirt bike trails into the place, and maybe a park nearby.

Well, Found the Stuck River place, so if anybody wants directionsto it, PM me. Wasn't too thrilled with it, and if you don't want your rig scratched, its not for you! Don't know about the hidden river NW of the airport. Unless I'm just missing something, it seems to be all new warehouses now.

I'm starting to crave some mud! I'll probably check out Jeremy's Plato up in Renton sometime in the upcoming weeks. So, where do the rest of you local guys go?

Where did all these damned dirty apes come from!?!

If you saw the new warehouses, you were very close, its a undergound spring/lake/pond, there is a special
bird, and other sensitive cretures, I don't think the EPA would let anyone fill it in, or drain it.
Cool, you have hear about Jeremy's plato, its kinda small, one of the enterance is just off Oaksdale, and near
the RR tracks. I used to hang around the group that named that location.
Happy Mudd'in

Well, I might have to do some more looking around, but theres been a LOT of new construction up on Oaksdale. Looks like Jeremy's Plato might have been turned into Jeremy's Warehouse.

As for anything else, again, going to have to look more. There have to be more places to go around here though! So, come on, wheres everyone been heading out to?

Where did all these damned dirty apes come from!?!

i don't live there or go there, never even been there before. I live in Eugene, OR but my 2 friends live in Milton so when the Willy's is done thats one of the areas I'm gonna terrorize.
