Clutch question

[UPS]

It's a '88 V3500 350 SM465 with hydro clutch and NP205.
What holds the throwout bearing from running on the pressure plate all of the time?
Is there a spring?
Does anyone have pictures of the setup?
What's the best way to bleed the system?
I have searched and found many different ways but which is the easiest?

no spring on mine. when system is full and blead seems to spring back good.

The earlier trucks had a spring on the fork. I also use a spring on my hydro clutch fork because it doesn't return all the way without it.
