Evening gents, it has been a while since the last post. After what seemed like an eternity, the brakes on the Blazer are finally working. Story for another post if anyone cares. So, I have installed new window regulators in the truck. The driver side is great. The passenger side makes a growling noise at a certain point then goes away. Almost sounds like the gears are grinding. This has caused the service engine light ro come on and throw code 42. Now the truck doesn’t want start or run. Almost sounds like it is out of timing. Is it possible this regulator could cause this issue? Also, now that I have brakes I have been able to move the truck under its own power. But the transmission seems slow to move in drive. Any suggestions. Oh by the way, the cure for my brake issue was found right here. Thanks again guys for the knowledge.
