what would it take go get some dana 44's from co to pa i-80 in the poconos? or are you only comming out this way?
Have you already secured a set of D44's? Or are you looking? Trying to work out the details of a return trip. I'll either be flying or driving another vehicle (short bus) as long as time and the alternative fuel situation work out.

the one I found is a 70's, But I'll have to get the details on it and have a better look at it. Still keeping an eye out for some 80's trucks

Just wondering if you have a full load yet and if you are also looking to pick up some items for a return trip? I have negotiated a price for a D60 / 14BFF and steering components in Illinois. I had a shipper for a decent rate but he fell through and wont have a load out that way until wnter is over. I kind of wanna get these before we thaw out so I can be wheeling instead of wrenching.
Let me know if you have room for some axles coming back to CO. They will be on pallets and the guy has a fork lift to load with. I live on the western slope (Montrose), and I would be able to come to the springs to pick up if it all worked out.
I'll keep an eye on this thread for reply or you can send a PM if you want more details.

Trying to work out return trip details over the next couple of weeks. If I'm able to make a return trip, picking them up won't be a problem. This truck and trailer will be staying in mass and we're trying to see if it's going to be worth wile to take the short bus back out here or just fly. I'll definitely keep you posted.

I am probably heading over to the springs fom Montrose this weekend. I might have a few free hours on my hands. Just curious if you have anything from this side of the hill that you need hauled over there. We are taking our longbed pickup and be going through Gunnison, Salida, Buena Vista etc.
We will be leaving Friday night or Saturday morning...weather permitting. Let me know.
