Is there a shock off of something else, that will bolt in and work for the front of a 1985 K20, that is just a couple inches longer?

search the ford super duty 99-up . some guys here have them on .

I have 3" of lift on my 1ton and the front is front ford spec . Monroe is the brand there using .

I used rear shocks off a squarebody on the front of orangey. Running 2.5-3" of lift on it.

I just ordered an auxiliary shock for the quad shock setup.

Tell me how they work, I need to change out mine on my k10

Years ago,Monroe had listing for 2" and 4" lifted trucks in their catalogs..yeah..back when we read catalogs !..
I have a 90's Monroe catalog in the garage,I'll have to look and see if they list any that way..if not, there is a listing by mounting codes and extended/retracted length in the back of the catalog...usually you can find one that'll bolt up for "custom" applications that way..
