14 Bolt Rear Complete Disc Brake Conversion Kit for Single Rear Wheels - RuffStuff Specialties

NOTE: Fits 73-87 single rear wheel full float 14 bolt housings. Requires steel wheel minimum 15" with a maximum 4" back spacing and larger aluminum wheels

This makes me curious to know if 15" wheels can be made to fit a dana60 front axle? With some grinding?

Yes they will with a LOT of grinding.

I've heard the same, it can be done with a ton of grinding, and the more backspacing, or wheel spacers the easier. But the whole world seems to believe 17" rims are the way of the future, and 15" are in more and more cases a special order. The used tire scene before long is going to be all 17" imo, I'm needing new tires myself and not sure if I want to keep the 15" or just step it up.

But on the other hand. New, 15" tires are cheaper. Because of supply and demand I'd imagine. I guess the supply will dwindle and therefore....

But I like 15" wheels

Are your parking brake calipers just Eldorado calipers? Have been wanting to do this, but like my parking brake.

Eldorado calipers are the most common. I took mine off. Once they get muddy, they seize up. I switched to regular calipers, and used a Driveline E-brake from High Angle driveline.

I asked our inspection and driveline ebrake wouldnt pass. They want it at each wheel...

I think on their Facebook page I read that they were totally redesigned calipers, but wanted to make sure.
