confused on radiators

Looks like my radiator is clogged (og to the truck). I can take cap off suck out like 2 huge turkey basters out and within couple mins coolant is raised to top again. also temp gun shows different reads when doing temp test.

So what is correct way to measure size correctly?

Also looking for radiator that will last but not break the budget any recommendations?

Water pump is new and correct rotation, thermo is yeah old, don't see it over heating really 210 on hwy and 200 -205 city which is weird.

If the OG radiator is good, have it cleaned out and keep rocking it. Might just be better than anything else you can buy, especially if the truck is staying cool already.

Yea I agree, if it's not rotten have a rad shop clean it and test it.

Had it cleaned 3 years ago shops in this area blow!
